SideHustle Zero™ is operated by PeopleTrixAI LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17407841). By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, because sign-in codes are sent there.

We use passwordless sign-in: a one-time code sent to your email address, or your Google account. We do not create or store passwords for the service. You may not share your account or let anyone else use it.

• Free access to public blueprint content, categories, search and guidance pages.
• A paid membership that unlocks your journey, saved blueprints, checklists and progress tracking across devices.
• Structured, pre-written guidance and planning tools that help you work through a business idea.

The service gives general business information and planning support. It is not financial, legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for professional advice about your circumstances.

We do not promise that you will earn money, reach any particular income, or achieve any specific result. Any figures, examples, timeframes or projections shown in the service are illustrations only. Your results depend on your own effort, skills, market conditions and many factors outside our control. You are responsible for your own business decisions and for complying with the rules of any marketplace or platform you use, and with your own tax and legal obligations.

Guidance in the service is generated from our own pre-written content and rules based on what you enter. It is not generated by an external AI provider, and what you enter is not sent to one. Guidance may still be incomplete or unsuitable for your situation, so please use your own judgement.

• Membership costs £2.99 per month after a 30-day free trial, unless we state otherwise at checkout.
• Applicable taxes are shown and handled at checkout.
• Payments are taken by Stripe. We never receive your card number or security code.
• Your membership renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• If a payment fails, membership features may be paused until payment succeeds.

Prices may change; we will tell you before a change applies to your renewals.

You can cancel at any time from your membership page, which opens the Stripe customer portal. If you cancel during the trial you will not be charged. If you cancel a paid month, your membership continues until the end of the period you have already paid for and is not renewed after that.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the law of England and Wales, including any cancellation rights that apply to digital services bought online. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact support@peopletrixai.com and we will deal with your request in line with the law.

• Do not attempt to access another person's account or data.
• Do not copy, resell, republish or redistribute our blueprint content.
• Do not probe, scrape, overload or interfere with the service or its security controls.
• Do not use the service for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.

We may suspend or end access where these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.

You keep ownership of what you write in the service. You give us the permission we need to store and display it back to you so the service works. We and our licensors keep ownership of the blueprints, text, designs and software that make up the service.

We aim to keep the service available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, add or remove features, and we may update these terms; where a change materially affects you we will give reasonable notice.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Otherwise, we are not responsible for business losses such as lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or lost opportunity, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for membership in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. Deleting your account cancels your membership and removes your account data, other than records we must keep, such as billing records. See our privacy notice for details.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If something goes wrong, please contact support@peopletrixai.com first so we can try to put it right.
