Your right to object
Where we rely on our legitimate interests — showing your recent activity and supporting you, keeping accounts secure and preventing misuse, fixing faults, replying to general enquiries, and dealing with disputes — you can object to that processing at any time by writing to privacy@peopletrixai.com and telling us what you object to and why.
This right is qualified rather than absolute. We will consider your objection and stop the processing unless we have compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, or we need the information to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Some processing — for example the security checks that keep one account separate from another, or records we must keep by law — cannot be switched off while you hold an account. We will always tell you the outcome and the reasons for it.
Information kept only on your device
Some of what you write while working through a blueprint — planner notes, workspace drafts, coaching answers and KPI figures — is stored only in your browser on your own device. We never receive it, so we cannot access, export or delete it for you; clearing it in the app or in your browser removes it.

Deleting your account

We keep a limited billing and accounting record where we are legally required to, for the period required of a UK company.
See how to delete your account for the full steps.
